Big Bull Shark Tows Me Out To Sea For 1.5hrs! Kayak Fishing

Went looking for Spanish mackerel in our Viking kayaks trolling dead baits off the Sunshine Coast, Australia - After 5 hrs of no fish my bait got smashed by a fish I called for a marlin or big Spanish early on as it got air 3 times in the distance but too far to really know what it was - spent the next 1.5hrs half hoping it was not what I suspected and half hoping for a big big big cobia...which it was not... towed me out about 2kms more then we wanted to be which made for a 6km paddle home into a head wind!! gotta love kayak fishing sometimes!
A testament to the stability and comfort of this kayak the Viking Profish reload handled the situation no problems and my new Okuma Cedros 10000 finally gets a first fish...bastard!

Aww, Jason, you didnt say it. "It's a Boulshock!" :) (Sorry, that is going to be my license plate when I start tagging sharks full time). I had a stingray tow me along for about an hour and I never got it off the bottom. It hit a jig while I was flounder fishing. It had to be a thrill to see something that big come up though!

Probably more SA. The pronunciation grew from a couple yanks over some cold ones while waiting for a rod to go off one night.

it was - someone suggested that it prob got bitten off when it was younger by another shark ?
