It's hard to argue with Chief and why he doesn't get away from the Pontiac for another combo. He is constantly at the top with that combo. Everyone else on the show has gone through multiple different engines and combos to basically just try and knock Chief off the top. Like he said he has beat every other combo out there at one time or another. I think his consistency comes from know his combo inside and out. It's impressive as hell what he does with a fucking Pontiac!!

Most of the people making the comments about buying a Hemi or a 481x are driving a 6cyl car making 92 HP. My background is in the competition firearms industry (mostly 3gun competition), and the truth is, the guys who win on a regular basis could all swap gear with anybody at a match and be in the top 10 again within a month. The key to winning is understanding YOUR setup, and running it A LOT. I agree with Chief 100% on why he runs the engine he does. And not just because I have a Poncho motor in my Trans Am ;)

That's one thing I've learned about chief over the years from the beginning of the show to being a POS listener to now is as long as he has a chance at #1 and is always competitive he is going to stick with that Butler motor with cast edelbrock heads he will just find other ways to optimize the crow

Yeah I would have thought he would at least have a billet block and some different heads. At least some heads that don’t have the exhaust together, maybe that’s just a problem with nitrous motors?

That's why I love watching u Big Chief I have watched u when u first started street outlaw and now I watch u on KZbin is because u speak what is on ur mind and u tell everyone that u don't have to have this or that to win and that u had the motor that long and still have it and that ur not putting a big motor in there to win that u can run the same motor in there to win keep on making videos and I'll keep on watching them buddy
