Just gained a whole new respect for you my friend. You’re a stand-up guy and you stand up and refuse to lower your standards for a crazy tv show to make another station more money. You keep doing what you do and ride your own wave. I love it when people live by their own standards and what they believe in. The world is getting away from being their own person and let people persuade them to change their beliefs and integrity for someone else’s benefit. Stick to it because the people who still stand by you will still be beside you and the others that don’t, you don’t need them or want them on your side. Way to go A man’s man is getting hard to find but I’m glad I found one.

I love your attitude. If people can’t tell the type of person you are from watching how you carry yourself. How you approach your program. Their a lost cause. I guess from me being a competitor. And working with the do more with less principle in my own discipline it seems so obvious you’re not the guy to walk away from a challenge. And you’re also not the guy who’s going to run around in the back because you’re not competitive. You’re going to find a way to be competitive no matter what. Maybe other people who just couch race can’t get past the one sidedness they see on the show(not sure how that goes I don’t really watch the show) Anyway. Keep doing what you’re doing. I enjoy the content you two make. I’m sure you hear this a lot but I do learn a lot from these videos. I can tell you truly know your shit and are always trying to learn more. I agree with you. I’m done as well. After last years Americas List, all the fans complained about the rules he mentioned. Additionally us diehard fans have said the show is going down hill for sometime. I got the feeling a lot of the racers have been hanging onto that sinking ship and just doing what production says because that’s their lively hood now, and I get it. Sometimes you just have to keep your head down and do your job for a paycheck. However, Hollywood hasn’t learned yet that you need fans for a TV show and it’s good to see someone who doesn’t need to conform to the “rules” in order to stay relevant. Only reason I watched was for the level headed guys like Chief, Ryan, Scott Taylor, etc. Chief pretty much summed up my thoughts and feelings. I’ll keep watching 187 Customs and Midwest Street Cars KZbin vids until changes to street outlaws are made. What Americas List has become isn’t what we signed up for. I’m out!

Big Chief, you were the host from the beginning and you've done a great job. The popularity of the show was mainly because of your contributions. For that stud breakage, I think that it was faulty from the start or else the nut was way over torqued at some point. The discoloration at the point of breakage indicates that there was cracking evident in the stud for a while, it probably felt spongy when the nut was torqued down and possibly may have never reached it's spec torque rate to begin with. Somebody either overlooked the issue or didn't give a shit. The manufacturer really needs to see that thing and the rest of the studs on that engine, too. If it's an ARP piece, I know that they want to look at it, because I seriously doubt that it would have ever passed their quality control, but you never know, shit happens with mass produced products. Good luck to you both and stay safe.
@mikegerschwiler78292 жыл бұрын
Arp are and arent mass produced, they only make a specific amount of orders for each company that puts in an order. So yea they sometimes mass produce but other times they might only make 100 bolts at a time.

You were always my favorite driver and most relatable person on the show. You are a stand up guy and really made the show what it is today. People don't realize that without the popularity of the midwest streetcar scene that you pretty much orchestrated there would be no street outlaws. I know that you will be successful in your future endeavors and I am a fan of you and not just because of racing but also the way you carry yourself and your values and morals. I will follow you on youtube and wish you much success. Street outlaws is getting watered down and they rather have characters than real racers with real values. Much respect to you Chief.

Time and time again whether it's on camera or off camera or whether you're the race master or just a participant it's always been about your integrity which has been the glue that I believe held the show together. It was never more apparent watching you handle some of the conflict that was ongoing during America's list. I think there needs to be more people like you that are willing to stand up for their beliefs regardless of the outcome. I hope you read this know that there is one fan that sees you clearly and loves everything you stand for dearly. ❤

I'm honestly happy to hear you say all of that. The shows have definitely lost that original authenticity and I really think you walking away is the best thing that can happen. Maybe the producers will realize they are ruining it and steer it back the other direction. Either way stoked to see you getting back to the roots of what you guys do.

I personally miss you being on the show. My son and I watch it regularly, of course we download your shows, we do not have cable and never will again LOL. I figured the 405 guys would get together walk off the show with you. It is not fun anymore without you and Farm Truck and AZN trying to do their own show, failed. Why not bring back what was not broken . The list is where it was at, street racing NOT TRACK RACING. Honestly I skip over the boring track nonsense. Street racing is exciting and why I liked the weekly shows you guys did. I am 67 years old, I enjoyed racing stock cars with additiional tweaks we did. Seeing you guys with this new equipment going as fast as you do, it is just satisfying for me, thank you!!

Good for you, Chief. I don’t know how anyone in their right mind could be upset with someone living a life by their own rules. That’s what we yearn for in life. Go do you. And even better on you for not being a hypocrite. That is the easy route. The tough one is to take a step back and reflect, and make the strong choice to walk. In whatever direction that means. Good mojo will continue to head your way. Hopefully your 405 group has your back in the end. Best of luck!

@@richpitty you are literally full of shit. If you picked any of the crappy racers you love, I would say the same exact thing. Chief is one of the best draws to this series. I'm sooo glad that you addressed this! THANK YOU 💖 I know the vast majority of people are with you on this. We've felt for a long time that the show is going in the wrong direction with the drama, crappy rules, etc. We want to see who is the fastest, THAT IS ALL! I personally would LOVE to see you at NPK. That's my favorite SO show because the rules make it so we truly find out who the fastest is. And we're able to actually come and talk to you guys which is a dream come true. I think it would be super cool for you to move the Street Outlaws OG show to KZbin, which I know sounds crazy, but you guys would be in complete control of it without stupid Discovery interfering. You've definitely got enough of a fanbase that it would be successful. Think about it! 🙂 We're with you 100% on whatever you decide to do Chief. We love you and can't wait to see what's next.
