Hello Big Dave, love the home color’s and décor and are totally awesome. The bathtub is off the hook nice. deervalley really knows how to do it up right. The only problem I have with your videos is not letting us know what your prices are. At least a roundabout number .

Many of the builders I show have 3 bedroom with den options. I just don't have many on the lot to show at the moment. There are dealerships in your area, but unfortunately we do not have one there yet.

Nice for a smaller double wide, like the Wood tone's used. Wish the guest bedrooms were a bit bigger. The water heater located behind a panel is a huge sticking point for me although it is at least in the laundry room. Can that panel be changed out for a framed in closet with a door so the water heater can be accessed very easily?

Thank you for your question! Most builders offer a door option for the water heater access. I agree the fact that they are atleast in the utility room is a good thing lol. Better than being in a closet like I have seen in many other homes!

I unfortunately have one of those mobile homes with the Water heater inside the side of MY Master bedroom wardrobe style closet and have had many problems with it and everytime I have to unload a 1/3 of My clothes and shoe's and thing's too get to the panel which is just a piece of panel board that with every emergency gets more and more damaged and does not fit well to cover the space. When I purchased this place the first Day I closed on it I called the gas company because of a smell of gas leaking at the stove, the water heater was already under suspicion because the panel was kept off by the former owner's because they said the pilot light constantly went out, well the gas guy took one look at the water heater and Red tagged the home and wouldn't turn the gas on and was going to report the violation to the city. The water heater was replaced by the former owner's boyfriend and they bought the wrong type of water heater, not designed for mobile homes (I didn't know they made different one's for mobile Homes either). So had to buy a new water heater the first Day of owning this place, then about 17 months later I had hissing and the whole bunch of hot water soaking My brand new padding and carpet in the closet and into the bedroom, got the issue fixed then about 6 months later had no hot water and the igniter plate went out and didn't get a new one till 3 week's later then about 5 months later the pressure tank blew and the entire space was so hot it made the bedroom feel very warm and humid by the time I discovered it and once again had to pull all the stuff out and the panel cover was even more crumbling and this issue because of the time I couldn't get a plumber and when I did he was so backed up so took three days to get fixed. The bedroom isn't big and add furniture etc... doesn't give much room to maneuver so one of my decorative lamps was knocked on the floor and paint chipped then all the hoses had to run into My bathroom shower to drain the remaining water from the heater . The hoses and water heater had to go through My living room leaving water dripping all the way from the back to the front door. Everytime the clothes were taken out of the closet the only place I could put them was on My bed and this meant I couldn't sleep in the bed, think about that one time it took three weeks for a part and the next time 3 day's for plumber I'm disabled and doing this isn't easy by any stretch. The issue with the water heater was so much that the Water heater manufacturer authorized a brand new water heater. So in less than 5 years I have two water heaters installed with 3 separate issues with the first one that was bought brand new the Day I closed on this place. This is why I'm so adamant about no water heaters in closets and not behind panels. I really wish this story was read by every manufacturer/builder of these homes so they can stop the design flaw and really bad trouble this causes. It's a real true problem with consequences and makes a huge difference. I have a mobile home that doesn't have a convenient water shut off inside, mine is located in a hard ti reach place underneath the home behind the skirting. So not fast, not convenient and all these happened at night, the First one with the water flooding my bedroom happened at 1:20 a.m. it's Cold here in the winter and May have snow and Dark and as I said I'm disabled and can't do stuff so readily easy and eventually had to call 911 for help. The police came and one of them had to turn the water supply of even though the water heater Valve was shut it didn't stop the water. So I almost go ballistic when I Brand New homes still with water heaters inside closets behind a panel and even worse when the panel is disguised as a coat rack and in one case a shallow storage shelf. So these also have to be unloaded from whatever you have on them it's Ludacris. If you have the ability, please pass this on to where it will do some good. It's so serious I really feel I should testify to congress about this to get better building regulations for these home's to make sure Water heaters are never again put inside a closet and never behind a panel again.

The good news is most builders of homes of today's standard in this industry, have options that allow you to have easy access doors and some even will relocate the water heater into more open locations if desired. I totally understand your reasoning for sure and I will definitely pass that information along to the builders in my network! Thank you for the insight!!

@@BIGDAVESdreamhomes thank you, I've found one local builder that was willing to do as you said and would change the laundry room to My exact spec's but some have been very unwilling to discuss any modifications and just tell me what you see is what you get. I thank you again for your reply and assurance that more will change things to suit but I seriously think they all need to stop this Putting in closets and many still do and even when in the laundry room still behind a panel. One which really got me was in a smaller sized bedroom they put it in the wall and made the panel a coat hook hanging panel.

Thank you for your question! Pricing can vary depending on where the home will reside. Each retailer prices their home differently based on demographic and state and local codes. This home in my area is around 170-180k Setup on a permanent foundation. That price is subject to change depending on where you purchase it from. Hope that helps!
