Thanks for all the support for this Series guys, really cool to be able to share it with you all! In response to a couple of questions below, none of the Dogtooth Tuna was wasted. We had lined up a fuel exchange with a commercial fishing boat where we swap a fillet of Tuna for some ice to allow us to keep the rest of the fish and eat it for the next couple of Episodes. Boy! This is like the fishnchip cooking show from hell - all you do is sit here and salivate. Still not convinced thou, that you don’t have a magic supply of fresh lemons some how. Lastly, at 17 feet are you concerned that the big crocs won’t take a lunge at the boat to try and turn it over?

1/2 usually is the norm for commercial help but even 1/2 of that Tuna is 40 fish meals . That is a big Filet .

- I'd love your charts, Fran's a cool chick..Up where you did these vids .I used to shoot wild beef on the mainland and cut into thin fillets - mix it with salt water then hang it on nylon line in the sun..One day in that sun dried the meat into yimmy jerky. I would last months when kept dry. Blue jellyfish cut into cubes and dried is a yummy soup base. Er remove the tentacles. We live in the daintree BTW Looking forward to sharing your adventured.
