As a little boy, every Sunday night on TNN had a couple hours of fishing shows, Roland, Jimmy.. the greats, it was the highlight of my week. I'm here to say this channel is as good of fishing content as there has ever been in this country! Keep it up RGTFM! We're lucky to have you.

Oh, and I'm glad you all are better. My wife had it and she was really sick for one a week and a half. I Praise God I didn't catch it. I can only imagine it was by His hand that I didn't because I was right here with her through it all. She still has problems sleeping because it left some junk in her chest that seems to linger. Love you brother and what you do. It's an inspiration to watch you explain the how's and the why's of your fishing. Keep it up and tell momma Sue I've got one just like her here at home. She's a keeper.

Richard! Thank you for all your videos. They've been a great source of info for me in learning how to target different species. One thing I've had trouble with lately is figuring out how to bank fish in heavy current right below dams (been fishing directly below Wilson Dam in Florence, AL). While I've been trying to target white bass/stripers I can't get a single bite on anything I throw (jigs in various weights + soft plastics, lipless cranks, spoons, inline spinners, etc.). Would love to see any advice you have for that.

What’s that big green mass of vegetation above the surface. Is that the eel grass that has grown tall?
@charlesfoutch11323 жыл бұрын
Back in the 70s I was fishing the same way on the St Johns River in FL. I had a smoke in one hand and a beer in the other as I threw into a laydown tree. Instead of really setting the hook I just jerked a little. The biggest largemouth I ever saw in my life jumped out of the water and spit out the worm. Both my friends who lived there thought it was over 10 pounds. I didn't get another bass bite the rest of the day.
