Any new boat owners need to pay attention to what Richard Gene says in the beginning. If it's too windy... STAY OUT OF A BOAT. Fish from the banks. I rescued 9 people in an over crowded boat on a day when the wind was 30 + sustained gusting to 45. Everyone lived, Thank God, but not worth the risk. Great video partner! 'Preciate the warning.

Years ago a friend and I were on Watts Bar Lake in Tennessee when a storm came up fast. No lightning and little rain but high winds. Tossed an 18ft bass boat around like a toy. Never again. Wise words. Edit: We made it to a cove out of the wind... barely. We were lucky.

A couple years back I almost caught a drum a little smaller than that but I hooked him in the edge of his lips and as I was landing him, his lips came off! A little while later, he floated up to the surface dead.

That bridge looks familiar like Standing Boy Creek Bridge and I have busted some serious Crappie underneath it at night. I've caught 4 lb. Bass popping a Rattle Trap off the bottom its about 20 ft.
