Richard Gene can catch fish in any body of water with anything he has! Heck he can whisper and the fish will make float up to the surface and jump in his live well. Legendary!!

If I'm honest, the first time I found a video from Richard, I wasn't interested. I gave it a chance. I'm hooked now! The average working person can relate to him. He isn't focused on gear, but he shows you what he uses to fish with. His boat isn't more expensive than my house, a lot of KZbin fisherman will be paying for their boats for the next 30 years. Thanks for teaching me some new "thangs" Richard! You are entertaing and informative, sir

I’ve caught Flatheads out of the Great Miami river fishing a Cicada Blade bait , I was fishing for Saugeye! Caught a few Flatheads on that bait, and the biggest was around 32-33 lbs, I was fishing that bait below a spillway. Another ol’ boy was wading out in the middle of the river, just below me and he caught a Flathead that was about 40 lbs on some type of fluorescent orange crank bait, wasn’t none of those fish snagged either, every one of them had it in their mouth! Yes sir you’re right, about fishing!

Richard Gene that was a very nice bass video. i like the heck out of that 4X4 jig. Now where did you find a package of those??? Those Salamander type lures are hard to beat. They are nice and soft and they wiggle and jiggle and bottom line they catch fish and you bet they catch catfish as well.

Hey Richard Gene I wanted to let you know I love your show. I wanted to know have you ever did a catch and cook. Catfish or crappie what is your wife’s favorite fish to eat. When you catch big catfish why you don’t keep it. I have never fish with jigs can you teach how to do it. Where do you get your lures from.
@toneyevett50996 жыл бұрын
where Im from we call that a shaky head rig. I fish it all of the time with a lot of success but I am very surprised that the fish are that shallow this time of the year. try using it with a green pumpkin small finesse worm and thank me later but I love to use a kvd brush hog myself in the coffee scent as well. Great videos and keep hammering them!
