It was the most fan service, fuck you of all time. Like , yeah, we're gonna give you the most likely intro character into this universe, but not have him do anything until the finale. Of all of Millar's properties, he might have done best with his satirical take on end game. I still see him as a script dealer but dang ol he dun did a good story with this one.

I do like how they gave kickass powers though, a lot of people hate it because they think the whole point of his character is to be powerless, but I see this as a full circle moment for the character. need another ambassadors comic with him as lead now

I thought the first 4 issues were really rushed and kind of frustrating, but the final issue was a great read. I think the comic should have had a final fight between superpowered Kick-Ass and Wesley Gibson at the end. I also thought it was weird we didn't see Kick-Ass and Hit Girl talk to each other in the book even though they were on the same battlefield. Looking forward to whatever Millar is doing next. Has he announced the next thing he's writing?

Yeah, I would've liked Kickass n Wesley to fight since they complement each other quite well. Both were born regular, powerless men n found strength on opposite paths of life. For obvious reasons, Kickass is the better man even earning actually superpowers n proceeds to breath hell out of Wesley

If Big Game becomes a movie after being set up with the following movies and maybe some Millar World Netflix shows(We already have Jupiter Legacy despite being canceled but also SuperCrooks already), I bet the hype would be just as huge as Infinity War and Endgame, maybe even more.

Ngl while I loved this crossover. Kinda disappointed that we didn't get a proper interaction between Dave and Mindy, especially given how Dave gained powers, would've been cool to see Mindy's reaction.

Finally! Waited so long, hope the ending is good After finishing. Must say issue 1-4 was highly rushed, but somehow the ending wrapped up everything decently. Still feel they should have taken longer, but it still worked and I feel it's a fitting ending for the franchise

Honestly, i really enjoy this crossover event. This is Mark Millar's responses to DC's Crisis on Infinite Earths and Final Crisis, and Marvel's Infinity War and Civil War(2006). I was kind of expecting the Magic Order to use a powerful spell to bring back everyone, who were killed by Gibson and his army, from the dead, just so they can come back stronger than before. But overall, good review.

For a while I've wondered about a story where the beginning and middle were bad but the ending was good. Would it be able to redeem the story? So far the answer seems to be no. You'd really need something spectacular for that to be negligible. Big Game just isn't it. It trips and falls for four issues. Basically a snuff book constantly twiddling its thumbs before it remembers it has a story to tell but by then it's already the final issue. The only real pros I can see in this are Wesley and Nemesis getting their comeuppances, and Kickass becoming America's ambassador. However therein lies another problem. Kickass becoming a member of the ambassadors also kind of cheapens them. Like they only exist so that Kickass can get that sweet promotion. As a result they kind of feel like they take up unnecessary space that could have been used for more character interaction among the others.

I feel like this was kinda of a meh ending. Ngl, I would have preferred if everyone died and literally the only one left standarding was Kick ass and Wesley, and they would duke it out to where Wesley is triumphant and then hit girl shoots Wesley, she misses. Wesley shoots Hit girl, then kick-ass seeing it either grabs a weapon and tackles and stabs and or kills Wesley or he grabs a gun, shoots Wesley when he was distracted and hit girl dies in Kickass arms and have kick ass time travel if they really wanted to have everyone live in the end. Idk I feel like that would be a good ending idk Also I feel like it was a missed opportunity to not have Kick ass go up against Nemesis

Finally, manage to complete my collection after waiting for a while. I like this book, even more than Wanted! This is how Big Two (Marvel & DC) should manage their crossover event. If anyone said, that this book is garbage, perhaps they should change their comics into Das Capital, or another mindblowing books. 😂 Jeez, this is superhero comics, anyway! What you expect? Einstein relativity formula?? 😅

I think Mark did Wesley and the fraternity dirty. He should have more respect for the characters and comic that made his Millar world and all the fame he's got just from that book alone. It seems since it took twenty years or so to even bring any of them back just to have them killed shows he thought nothing of them after he signed away the movie rights and moved on. There really should of been a wanted 2 imo. Both Wesley and the frat was such a a good idea that he recycled it into old man logan. So he knows his story of the villains winning is a popular way to go. Just man what wanted two could of been.😢 Than Wesley died twice so he can never come back.😅
