When I found your videos on youtube, it was definitely the reason I built my big system. I hadn't had anything besides a single cab truck for years, so when I finally got a 4 door suv. I watched your build logs multiple times a day for a few weeks before diving into it, and you were cool enough to chat with me through patreon and give me advice, and it worked out great. It's still a work in progress but it's floating and doing some pretty nasty hair tricks. I appreciate your advice and enjoy your videos man!! Congrats again on your DS18 job.

I don’t hate Rockford but found their amps way too expensive for me. Plenty of cheaper options that is good quality. When I first got into car audio my first amp was Rockford fosgate 1000 rms amp it was nearly $800

Once you put these model ds-18 subs in down4sound was out 9f stock almost immediately lol my friend was going to do them but only messes with down4sound. I told him that there's plenty of reputable places but it is what it is. Never heard them in person but I like their mids and highs

Help ds 18 built on the hooligan ko amps which are already close to the best in size power and looks inmo and help them design a low end monster wind breathing 3.3 or 3.5” coil subwoofer.

This was a great video jerry! Thanks for doing what you do. I am trying to gain everything I need to build a trunk set up blow through c piller box. It's a different style that iv only seen 1 other build on youtube. I have a 08 crown victoria . I have 2 sdxv2 12s on a sia 3500 right now. I'll be getting a taramps 8k soon. Along with some sort of lithium bank. I live over close to brad becraft In indiana. I have been asking him some questions. This is going to be my 1st big build. Was hoping you were going to say you decided to move to Texas. I didn't care for you at first based off stupid reasons but actually have absolutely grown to love your videos. Your knowledge is vast. I'm about to put order in for either another headway 96ah or take current 96ah and run in in parallel w 16v lev60 prismatic build likely 5s1p or 2p. I'm questioning busbars from source I'm looking at. I think I can make better. I can relate to your financial issues more than you know. I have two diesel trucks and an awd suv currently . Anyways this economy has been awful essentially since Brandon took office. My work tanked and wise investments from trumps presidency is keeping my nose barely above water. I'm not gonna turn this into a political argument but people lie numbers don't. I've learned so much just by little things I catch from your videos. Truth is all bass heads would be millionaires if invested from when I started in high school. My brother started saving instead of focusing on record number of car alarms he could set off in high school parking lot 😂. I went to acoustic edge in Houston in 03 please let me know if anyone else attended their facilities. Got out for years but always had bass. Now the bachelor life is catching up and ive spent way too much time and money on bass but it's taught me a lot about electric. I'd like to meet you some day. Bass is a money pit but it gives me happiness. Blessings from TX and ds18 is lucky to have you.
