Lovely carp Danny. Again, an informative blog which will show others another way to 'attack' a fishery. All to often, the inside line is neglected - but this is where anglers throw their unused bait at times - and fish aren't as stupid as many make out! - they know where to find a free meal...we as anglers, need to exploit it.

Love using my white knuckle margin Pole on meadow view in Lymm. Definitely a rush when the bigger carp picks up your bait. Brilliant fun in the summer

nice one... but i find it a bit un-involving hanging onto elastic for a carp... i much prefer a 10ft pellet waggler rod with the float going in and out the water teasing ya... the fight is more dramatic as well... not being crittical, but the match freaks can use the poles...leisure angling i like to be a bit old fashioned with the rod in the rests etc.. hands free to drink tea and stuff.. but good on ya mate

Totally agree mate it was more to fulfill my wondering what it wouod be like on pole tbh. Was good fun but scary at times. Tight lines mate
