Hi mate. I'm loosing the will to live now trying to catch a sea trout in strangford lough 🤯🤯🤯🤣🤣🤣 I've lost one 6-7 pounder right on the bank but thats as close as I've come. Can you please let me know some decent marks on the lough 🙏. I've been fishing sketrick Island religiously over last load of weeks as its really close to my house but need a change. Was thinking of Gibbs Island next. What you think?

dont get too down mate july can be hard goin, id imagine things will be pickin up shortly, ive had a hard time myself gettin them to hit at the min, id heard of a few good 1s landed last month at gibbs, its a great spot at this time of year always a fish or 2 but its dependent on the water quality in the quoile mate n its been green with algae recently and those awful polite kayakers can scare off everything if they land in but theres deffo fish at it

@@whitetroutchannel Cheers bud. I will keep at it. I'll not rest until I've had one lol Strangford looks like ideal ground for flounders in the winter. How does it fish for flatties?

@@brillo86 mate the place used to be full of the flounder, used to get a lot up in the streams n rivers ledgerin lobworms but ive never fished in the lough for them but i know theres a good lot, gibbs should be the ideal spot for them 2
