BIG Single Turbo Fox Body Mustang in the Shop! Suspension Setup + Bump Steer!

Race Car season is still in full swing around here, the No Prep and Small Tire seen isn't slowing down as we head into fall. Some local friends of ours from Firepunk Diesel brought us this insane Fox Body for some suspension setup and alignment work before testing. On a car like this, getting all the bits properly working together consistently can be the key not only to winning races, but also to going back no the trailer in one piece.
As essentially a "New Build" there's always going to be a lot of work and adjustments to be made. Even with essentially identical parts used on essentially identical chassis there can be small differences that need accounted for. We have done a TON of Fox Body Mustang suspension setups over the years, but a custom alignment setup is custom for a reason. Let's get to work!

@@richardlucore6813 You have taught me so much on street prep. I race a top eliminator car in the sand 1971 long nose Cj5 with a 540 and BDS 14-71 goes 2,95 in 300 ft.. you have helped me on my setup goes straight as an arrow after bump steer was dialed in.

That would be best. But this is an initial set up so they can test and tune. We made huge improvements and have more to do. It takes time. This car will be on the rack again for follow up adjustments.
