I caught my first Muskie down there - and I got hooked. When I can I get down there and can usually catch one or so a year. So much fun

What a great day!! Good to catch a nice fish on a Christmas gift. Man your Girl got that Super Mc Nasty and it looks like he got her good too, You have to be very careful with the toothy critters!!! It was a awesome fish she caught! I don't believe you didn't have the camera rolling man that was a bummer! Fish on the cement was hilarious!

I love that spot. I catch huge gars, crappies, bass, walleyes, muskies etc. Oddly enough the catfish always seem average. I know there has to be monsters back there.

@@MikesFishingHome Thanks Mike!! Yes, some of them are. I actually caught 2 really nice bass out of Lake Springfield over the weekend! That video will be up in a few days. That spillway definitely has giants, not sure if you knew but it's actually the home of the current state record musky.

Dude that musky was insane. The camera was off? What are you, a rookie? This is one of the advantages of running two cameras, chesty and full shot tripod. Sick fish, bro. The walleye too! Every time I see guys fish these spillways I get so jealous. We have none anywhere near me.

I know this was a year ago but I was wandering if you have directions to get to them steps you’re at in this video. We’re going for the first time next week and like the look of this spot.
@EngineeringHooksets2 жыл бұрын
The steps are easy to find, just park in the lot and you'll see them. As for the closest spot where we are in this video that's usually full, we got there right as the guy who was there was leaving.
