Yup, amazes me that this amount of knowledge and useful tips (!) go virtually unnoticed. But then again it's not as "flashy" as some vids on other channels.

Maintaining leg drive from the liftoff is definitely something that I haven't been doing. I'm working on it. It's a little tricky but I'm working on it.

i guess i dont understand the arch or leg drive deal. growing up i was taught that building raw power was to put your feet up on the bench to isolate the push. sure, you wouldnt train like this all the time but it kept a neutral spine. every other movement we train to keep a neutral spine, yet i see with bench we want to arch some with the leg drive. changing the angle of your chest essentially putting you in a decline bench on a flat bench. i dont mean disrespect by saying this but are we learning to actually bench or are we learning to to cheat the moment to simply move more weight while stressing other parts of the body unnecessarily, like the spine.

I’m having a problem as I bring the bar down and pause I’m falling off to the left side. It straitens back up at about mid way but still I don’t like it. I don’t feel it and I can’t figure it out. Any tips would be much appreciated

You can email me a video, will be easier to see whats up. Likely a movement restriction that has caused some compensation. What that is exactly is the tough part. Best a PT takes a look

About leg drive, I tend to stay tight as I can, and just push the bench back as hard I can when cleared to lift. Is it OK? I mean, I'm not super tight at the unrack, I do really brace in the hole.
