Ewarton Charlton I wanna propose a question to you bro. I’m a huge Jay Z fan from an artist standpoint. But when has Jay ever dropped gems as deep and as intense and as in depth as Dame has? Never. They are two different men. However you can learn something from them both. Dame is direct. That is what most people need. Jay is like a silent assassin, kinda like hey ima show you this one time and if you don’t catch it that’s on you. We need more Dames in the black community. Whether you agree or not.

Gavin Expose nah Dame is def a king, need more of him in the community. But he is kinda arrogant regardless of the knowledge he spits. He done cut them off the entire time lol, he been like that for a good min. Overall he’s a real 1, but at the same time he still can possess some arrogance.

Dame is so valuable to the culture but he needs to listen and work well with others. Jon Doe I was basing it off what I’ve observed from his interviews. He just seems very angry. I do agree with him when he said that he doesn’t like to talk about Jay cause Jay doesn’t have to talk about it. Makes him seem like he’s bitter but Jay doesn’t have to answer to it. Dame is dropping some real gems. Education is fundatmental. If someone does not know the system they can never master it. Parents have a greater role to play in educating their children by teaching them what the school doesn't. Not everyone can become entrepreneurs. Lawyers, doctors, nurses, accountants, pharmacists, etc. are needed in the black community. The focus should be: do what works for you, help someone along the way, be honest, teachable, humble and don't be a puppet.

False. To be a good business man you gotta be likable. You can smart all day but if I don’t like you I’m not breaking bread with you. When you a business person you are in the business of personal relationships. If I don’t like you it’s a wrap
@pedrogates3189

Papito Aman true but I know some people that are the opposite they know how to separate the personal from the business I may not like you but If I’m doing business and we can help each other get to the next level let’s do I can’t give a fuck about you personally now that’s doesn’t mean I don’t have treat you cordial and treat you with respect that’s dame issue right there not knowing how to be cordial
@papito2222
@papito2222 4 жыл бұрын
pedro gates nah I’m not talking about on some homie shit. Personal relations is more about likability. Going into business with someone means you have to deal with that persona 24/7. Who are u most likely to go into business with, a smart person with a terrible personality or a smart person with a likable personality? Look at Dame & Hov, corporate America hated Dame but like Jay So Jay made it further. Dame even said it, they tolerated him because Jay was around, when Jay left they dump him. Wayno who work at Rocafella spoke on this too. That’s why business is about personal relationships, Dame has a terrible relationship with men in suits.
@pedrogates3189
@pedrogates3189 4 жыл бұрын
Papito Aman I’m not Speaking homie shit either I’m talking business I don’t have to like you personally to do business with you all I have to do is give you respect and be cordial...I’ve done business at my job for years with people I didn’t like but it’s never about how I feel about them personally because this is a place of business and we’re all here for one thing and that’s to handle business ... let’s be real are you’re going to turn down an opportunity to put you & your family in a better position because you don’t like the person providing the opportunity? We deal with people we don’t like 24/7 to get something that we want ... you can’t do it to get some paper ?
