Dame is dropping some real gems. Education is fundatmental. If someone does not know the system they can never master it. Parents have a greater role to play in educating their children by teaching them what the school doesn't. Not everyone can become entrepreneurs. Lawyers, doctors, nurses, accountants, pharmacists, etc. are needed in the black community. The focus should be: do what works for you, help someone along the way, be honest, teachable, humble and don't be a puppet.
