Bodybuilding is such a beautiful Sport I started out very late at about 35 years of age And then I suddenly stopped at the age of 40 Now I´m 47 and my relationship with this Sport starts to rekindle But this time around its different , because I´m diving deeper with every day of my Life into this Subject I was so stupid and naiv to think , that I knew everything Thank god , there are Legends like Mike O Hearn who share valuable Lessons with us It allowed me to approach Bodybuilding in a very different way of what is still possible for me in my age I´ll never look as ripped as the Titan But I´m learning how to live and practice this Sport for a Lifetime It´s like a fountain of Youth Never stop believing in yourself Thank you , Titan

Thanks for interesting footage Mike. I really convinced now I did the shoulder press right. For the full amplitude. It was most effective. Quite considerable weights. Front press. All the way down. Giving a good acceleration impulse at the start up. In a lifting manner. But being seated to secure the spine. Thanks from Russia.
