One of the better, most instructive, videos I've ever seen. Very well done.

Tarl, awesome video. You are a great teacher. I would love to see see and hear what ultimately happened with this project? I could watch videos like this all day. Especially if you created them all along the whole way.

I really enjoyed this video. Seeing a rehab with investor lens. It's an eye opener.

I'm a firm believer of photos. They give you and any others a chance to look again many times. I liked the way you had basic plans of the house before and future. That house condition would have scared me but I'm looking forward to seeing how you proceed and the final outcome.

You have a better ability to visualize how eventually it will look 'awesome'. Looks daunting now. I understand why you would want 4 bedrooms but seems odd to have one in the front on the first floor.

Awesome video. But that house needs a lot of work. Does anybody know about 403k program for rehabs? Found a house that doesn’t need that much work but some

Great video! Not sure if my construction knowledge would help in a project like this, but I majored in construction management for a bit in college, and took classes on framing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, computer modeling, and finishing methods. Hands on experience and time seem to be some of the best teachers. Hopefully I can utilize that info in the future.

WAIT! SOUNDS LIKE YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT MARKET THIS PROPERTY IS IN AND WHAT A HOUSE LIKE THIS IS ACTUALLY SOLD FOR IN THAT MARKET. BASED ON YOUR REASONING, EVERY HOUSE SHOULD COST THE SAME ACROSS THE ENTIRE UNITED STATES AND PRICING SHOULD NOT BE MARKET SPECIFIC. I CAN'T WAIT TO LEARN MORE FROM YOU SO PLEASE KEEP POSTING AND TEACHING US HOW TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE!
