Just a tip for some people who want to lose weight and fat. Eat oatmeal and drink black coffee in the morning then go to the gym, do cardio for at least 40 mins and weight lifting for 1 hour 30 mins (including rest time) then eat 1 cup of rice and half your dish intake for the lunch and then drink green tea after you eat your meal, for the dinner just eat banana and apple and drink green tea 30 mins after you ate your apple and banana. Let me explain how it works, drinking black coffee is good before working at the gym because black coffee is a fat burner and oatmeal is a low calorie food but rich in nutrients, for lunch 1 cup of rice is only around 200 - 220 calories and the greem tea is perfect for boosting your metabolism. DONT EVER TRY TO SKIP DINNER, your belly will become fatter because your body is looking for nutrients and calories and if you didnt eat dinner your body will store fats in your belly to make it energy. Just consume 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day and see the big transformation after 2 months
