It's always so nice to hear how sex positive these girls are. Women like our moms also have a bad mentality revolving virginity for girls. When I was trying to convince my parents that I want to visit my boyfriend who's in another state for his job and sleepover for a few days, my mom kept on telling me that "If a guy really loves you, they wouldn't have sex with you" and how it's important for girls to "not lose it and once they lose it, they are pretty much worthless". Although I get where she's coming from with the whole angle of make sure no guy pressures you for sex, but what if I want to have sex? Girls get horny too. My parents made it seem like only the guy is in control of sex in a relationship. It's more important to teach our girls that they are able to make responsible decisions if they are in a long term relationship and they happen to choose to have sex.

I also tried to explain to her that there is such thing as not being sexually compatible, while sex shouldn’t necessarily be the main reason you do or don’t break up it is important to some people to know if you guys work together sexually or not because as you said both parties can be interested in sex so these are important things to talk about and explore with each other!

I think it's also important to not just reinforce the idea/stereotype that "sex is always going to be bad the first time" because it does instill anxiety in girls as well... i think if you go into it when you're ready, meaning you fully know yourself and your body, have a good grasp on what makes you feel good sexually and most importantly go into it with OPEN COMMUNICATION with your partner, then your first time can be okay, even good! Obviously there will always be a "learning curve" lol but I truly think that your first time doesn't have to be this scary, subpar experience. The main advice I'd give is... learn your own body first. You don't need to go crazy or do anything you don't want to, but even just experimenting to see what feels good where and how to make yourself orgasm is gonna go a long way when you do actually decide to share your body with someone else. For me, I never felt pressured to "settle" for a bad First Time or a guy to give my virginity to because at the end of the day -- i can make myself feel pretty good all by myself, and if someone else doesn't make me feel just as good as I feel with myself or better, I won't have sex with them. High standards aren't a bad thing, so don't feel pressured to lower your standards and expectations just because majority of people's first times were disappointing. Ofcourse things won't always go exactly according to plan, but just make sure it's someone you're completely comfortable with and can communicate with easily (it will help them make you feel good when you can tell them exactly what you like!), know what makes you feel good, and go at your own pace when YOU are 100% enthusiastic and ready for it. :)

I'm 27 and I haven't had sex. But I also found out I'm on the asexual spectrum (demisexual) when I was 19 and I've never been sexually attracted to anyone lol (I've had crushes though). Im demisexual too! I only was able to find out I was demisexual when I finally was falling in love with someone and I want to exchange love with them. I wanted to share love and joy with them and laughing and caring for eachother through sex is one way to exchange love for me. Just sex is just not for me, I dont really care about the physical pleasure if isn't not experienced with loving the other's mind and heart. Hey, I'm not one of the big mood girls but I think I can answer some of your questions if you're interested! I'm a 26 year old female who lost her virginity at 18. Anyone who expects women to be virgins doesn't know what they're talking about, and it doesn't make any sense that some men want to play around with experienced women then settle down with a virgin. However, it might be because they want to have their cake and eat it, as in appearing like a player to his friends but still being able to have the 'pure, innocent' virgin. It's a really stupid mentality because remaining a virgin is the choice of the individual ONLY! Personally, I have been very lucky in that I have a very privileged body type (white and slim), so the media has never really made me feel insecure about my body. Also, the first few time I had sex I was drunk which helped! The more you do it the more comfortable you will feel but it helps to be with a supportive partner and doing some research to see if there's anything that helps you personally to be more comfortable in your own skin. It sounds like you're aware that the vagina getting looser with more sexual partners is false, but I think we hear it so often because some men are afraid of women who have sexual agency. It's just an outdated scare tactic that doesn't work on many people anymore. I think everyone's experienced their brain being aroused but their body isn't and vice versa. I think it was great of Tiff to point out that it's completely normal and acceptable. I'm not a professional, these are just my opinions and experiences but I hope you find this useful!

To answer your question about being shy to be naked in front of somebody new, it really depends on everybody but you honestly don’t need to be shy. The human body is normal and most likely the other person will be naked in front of you too. It’s not weird to be naked, it’s more weird to be afraid to be naked IMO. But also if you are a bit shy you could always communicate to the other person how you feel so they understand. If you are a bit shy to show your body at first it’s okay. You’ll get more comfortable over time.

I agree with almost everything the girls said, and I love the girls, except the part when they were talking about their complex of sex before marriage especially at the end of the video. I wanted to share my story/POV. Now, I'm 19 and still a virgin but I'm NOT planning on waiting until I'm married. Because I've realized it wouldn't be for me. However, there was a time when I was younger that I was very adamant about waiting until I was married. And I just wanted to discuss that part of the conversation and why. I grew up with religious (Christian) grandparents and some religious standards put on me by my mother, who was more spiritual with God than religious based like me but anyways, and the highest standard they wanted for me was to wait until I was married. Even now. Now, it had things to do with purity, and societal judgments of not being a "whore", you can't trust men, and the importance of respecting my body because wedlock would be disrespectful to my innocence blah blah or whatever. But those reasonings always made me feel weird and weren't the reason why I wanted to save myself. It was specifically based on how I viewed emotional intimacy. When you have sex, you give a piece of yourself to that other person each time. Man or woman. It doesn't matter if you've only had sex with 3 people or 20 people, you had given a piece of yourself to each. And I believed that it was really important to first understand if giving that kind of privilege to someone was the best idea beforehand because you want to make sure that that piece wasn't just going to be thrown away, or like it was another notch on their belt, or cherished a few months and then acting like it wasn't anything special. Especially the first time. Losing your virginity. And again, I was talking about men or women. To me, if you gave too many or too big of pieces of yourself away, you wouldn't have enough of yourself, intimately and emotionally, to not only love yourself but to also give to the person marriage became a major ideal for you. And that's still what I think. That'ss why saving myself, sex for marriage was previously important for me. The reason why I'm not holding myself to that goal anymore was because it became very apparent to me that that standard wasn't held to both men and women like it was for me. And what the confusing and hurtful definition of "staying pure" meant, and virginity being a prize for men to win in the old days. And when I was sexually curious how that was treated like a bad thing or meant that I was just going to go out & have sex right away, just for being caught watching porn. So, when I decided that that was completely ridiculous, I set a new goal and ideal for myself. Which was to wait until I knew I was mature enough to handle it and being both emotionally AND physically ready, which also became me not wanting to become a statistic so young. Like having sex in high school or becoming a teen mom or getting an STD when I barely knew what that meant. And I'm 19 now, still a virgin, and I can say that I'm ready to have sex whenever that'll come along, marriage or not. I just wanted to share that because I wish the girls were able to see that point of view too.

I think the reason why I am still a virgin is because of the fear of doing it with the wrong person. I've seen my friends that end relationships badly and I just imagined what it would be like to go through that. I imagined it would be like you being scammed and they got to see all of you, my vengeful self can not accept that I can't take that back from them.

I lost my virginity to my ex and it was not a good experience. Would I have preferred if it had someone else or done differently? Sure, but I also don't feel like it is as big of a deal as I once thought it would have been. One of the reasons the idea of virginity had so much power was because I idolized the idea of only have sex, marrying, and only being with one guy ever. However one I started having sex with just one man, since we were both very inexperienced and did not have good communication, I felt trapped because I actually wanted to explore sexually. So my advice to you is of course, try to have it with someone you trust but if it doesn't work out, it's not really that important.
