Pat Johnson I mean, it is a huge part of it though. I mean someone who’s under 6 foot would have to do mad amounts of training. But you do need to be athletic coz I’m 6’1 or 6’2 and can hardly touch the rim. I just don’t see the point in dunking, just layup instead and master your shooting.

LukeLewiTV I’m 15 6’4 abs can dunk one handed and hang on the rim with two hands. Last year when I was in 8th grade I was 6’2 and could only touch rim and I never worked out my body besides training in skills of sports. Then I started working on my legs by using KZbin video workouts and my dad trains my jumping and it helped a lot because if I don’t workout I lose that jumping ability. How old are you btw?
