Just a few notes:
When re-installing the Microvalve membrane, please mind the correct orientation (up down)! The outer diameter has a bulge/lip, that extrudes to one side only. This lip must face upwards, when everything is back installed.
Make sure, the piston (blue colored part in the video; may have different color on your post) is properly threaded and secured with thread-lock onto the piston shaft.
The sealhead should be tightened with 4Nm. Higher torque will affect the function, as it will enlarge the upper tube diameter and cause stiction and or higher friction.
