Biking Indiana Dunes - Trek Dual Sport

Exploring some of the bike trails and sights to be seen on my Trek Dual Sport hybrid bike in the Indiana Dunes State & National Parks! Featuring short sections of the Porter Brickyard Trail, Calumet Trail, & Dunes Kankakee Trail. Also, cruising out to Lake Michigan, the state park campground, birding at the Great Marsh Trail, and the Century of Progress homes from the 1933 World's Fair in the community of Beverly Shores. Not use to you going solo. Congrats in your work giving you a bike. I first thought you were going to bike on the sand. 20 mile ride is no joke and had to suck when you had to backtrack. I like this bike ride format!!!! Lake Michigan is beautiful!! Thanks for taking us around by bike. And I like all your new animations also.

I Live just down the road from there. Love the Dirt trail When there standing water. Defiantly a wild ride. Any Bike clubs In that area, who do this kind of thing? thx keep up with the fun.

I love the dunes try to get up there every year during summer break. Been going for over 20 years.

awesome, you did so well on the new awesome bike, that is a great bike. Yes, butt soreness... very common after a good bike ride. The area was beautiful, I loved the Sandhill Cranes and the interesting homes too by the lake.

The train that runs beside the track is the South Shore, which runs between South Bend and Chicago's Millennium park They have some bike trains too through October
