This asana is very difficult, esp for older folks as we lose balance; Impossible to stand on one leg.

Nothing is impossible. I teach 80 and 90 yr olds. It’s starts by transferring your weight on one leg and going one inch at a time. Maybe you might come down parallel. Looking like a T isn’t the posture. It’s the start. ✔️
