Bob has engaged every family member at the table except Leo. Noticing Leo is uncomfortable, Bob decides to engage him on a level where Leo is perhaps more comfortable, that of patient and doctor, and, as a patient, asks his doctor if he has a salt substitute. Whenever I go back home and my Mom makes dinner, I'm always appreciative of her cooking. She hates it when I makes noises of approval, though. She knows I get it from this scene, and she makes it clear she doesn't find this scene funny.
