There’s a thing called procession of the equinoxes. Very 72 years the part of the sky where the Sun would be at a certain time and date moves one degree. Since the astrology charts were created the procession has moved well over a constellation. I’m said to have the birth sign Scorpio but when I checked on an astronomy program where the Sun was at my birth it was in Virgo. The Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn are no longer where the Sun is at the Solstices.
