If your young and having a bad day find a old person that's actually lived and seen worse.they need the company and will tell you feel better. It's okay and help you realize how to get though your problem. They will most likely say something like have a bit to eat and a nice drink towards it down .let me tell you about something worse that happened to me or someone else. This is how we took care of it.😁 Billy was more than sharpish.
