To say that the children are remarkable is an understatement. WOW! How does the casting director find such talented children???

They were all truly talented to begin with, but as a former dancer I'd say the secret was in the training once they found them. Intense, with great teachers for each discipline for as many months as it took. What an enviable experience, though I was never that talented to begin with. They all began taking dance classes very young.
