Start a petition I'll be the first one to sign. I challenge anyone in the music industry to submit Billy Squiers name . I listen to him everyday and have for many years . He's more then multi talented. Music industry needs to right a wrong they've committed. Get it right. Billy Squier has more then earned the rock -n-roll hall of fame

When I was a teen back in the 80's I had a Craig stereo and a equalizer ( I don't remember the name) hooked up to 2, 200 watt Jenson speakers. This radio back then had tape deck. I would blast the song everytime I heard it. I had a '77 Olds Cutlass. I wanna go back to the 80's where life was easier, you busted your ass at work to make a car payment, car insurance and still had to go out on friday and saturday nights. I wish I could go back. I wouldn't change anything if I did.

LOL, I remember the Realistics! I rocked a Concord AM/FM tape deck running through a pair of Pioneer TS-X9s mounted on the back window ledge of my '77 Monte Carlo, and thought that that was a killer setup in high school

The previous album "Tale of the tape" has at least one song that sounds like Led Zeppelin. I cannot remember the name but I did buy the album because that song got airplay as a single. Another band that had a Zeppelin like some a few years later was Zebra with Who's Behind the Door. (I did not buy their album).

Forgotten great guitarist. Forgotten great singer. Forgotten great performer. I saw him live in 1983 at the Long Beach Arena, CA and that was still one of the single greatest performances I’ve ever been to. And I’ve seen hundreds. Just a perfect night of songs, presence and musicianship ever. Why has he been forgotten? Just a master of the stage.

Something that needs to be said. This BAND was amazing. All of these guys made such an impact on me at 14 and an aspiring rock musician. I wanted to be one of these guys so bad. I would stop what ever I was doing when one of the old videos of just the band on stage was on Mtv. I studied everything going on. Later on when I was playing on stage. I took so much from everyone in this band into how I performed. I never got to go see them live back then. I wish I would have.

12:30AM 29-11-2024. I never would have thought I would be listening to this song for so many years! Seen him live at the Charlotte, North Carolina Coliseum when he was on tour for this album. I love this music still do! It’s a shame what has been done to him all because they wanted you to remote someone else? I will not name that person, but everybody should know who it is. The music industry trampled on several other bands, and this person seemed to get higher ratings for music that was nothing near the level of Billy’s music! Not sure if I will see another year on this rock? But I will always remember this man’s music! “Rock on forever BILLY”! 🇺🇸🫡

So much optimism and energy in the 80's, what happened? We're safer, more prosperous and have more technologies and advances yet everyone nitpicks and trolls everyone else in this completely divided society. I want a time machine.

what happened is people now worship the political theater and the puppets in the political shit show politics and religion serve no purpose but to divide

@@srats56 actually religion in a culture is stabilizing and usually does alot more good than harm, watch some jordan peterson videos, countries that have shut God out turned into murderous shitholes. And that where america is hell bound for.look at the old soviet union under stalin, hitler, china under Mao,pol pot of that pardise cambodia ect.Look at the toilet america has devolved into since the secular humanist have spread their garbage all over this country.no wonder we're slaughtering one another

Optimistic, neon '80s turned into the depressed, grungey '90s. "Future's so bright, i gotta wear shades" became "oh well, whatever, nevermind." A lot of it had to do with economic downturns from NAFTA sending jobs out of America. Suddenly it was dawning on average people that they weren't going to be cool & larger-than-life like those '80s idols...
