So I’m from the North. Never listened to bluegrass though always knew the sound. Wasn’t my thing. Then I see on KZbin this kid play “Dust in a baggie” on a couch with an acoustic and the sound and fingers blew me away! Huge fan on Billy Strings, even turning me onto some bluegrass. I’ve been a metal head all my life. I just love music and great guitar playing and sounds! Fuck yeah 🤘🏻

It's not just a jam, or psychedelic diversion; that break makes me feel what I fell after driving 10 hours and it's dark and I'm starting to fall asleep without knowing it yet, and it fits perfectly with the song. Not gimmicky and more than talent. Billy is a creative force.

@D D Keller is good, a kind of one-man-band. He got a national following, and he has wookie type stalkers like the band Phish. He has albums, had a song with decent radio air time. He's from Fredericksburg, Va. And tickets to see him were cheap and he plays for free events too. He's on KZbin. In fact I'm gonna check on that now, see what he's been up to, see if my old sweetheart is in the crowd, I miss her.
