Tried for years to get my late friend, Brian, to really dig on and appreciate Billy Strings. This video did it only two days before he passed. The smile on his face will always be one of my most fond memories. RIP, Brian Laude. Brother, I know you're singing the blues in heaven.

He’s a musical genius. However, he is in the HOF with Traffic and won two Grammys. Every band he played in was a critical success. Traffic albums went gold and platinum. He even had videos on MTV. And he was a guitar virtuoso as a child. Yes, Clapton was god and sold way more records. But I’d say Winwood is rated highly.

Some advice for anybody just finding this masterpiece…Billy Strings is one of the best living singers/songwriters/players/performers. He plays 100+ shows a year with a band that sounds nothing like this, but respects the traditions of the British Invasion and Americana music. I highly recommend 😁

This was one of my dads favorite jams. I can't tell you how many times I've heard him listen to it. He's been gone for 3 years now and now everytime I see it pop up on my feed I always listen to it. I spent almost my entire high school years at Red Rocks. My HS was the closest to the park. This was way before they put up the gates restricting night time access. We would party on that stage with our acoustic guitars till late at night getting stoned. Even explored the orchestra pit and the underground rooms under the stage.

Billy Kreutzmann is a living legend (as is Steve Winwood for that matter) who has assembled an amazing group of talented musicians, and Billy Strings is a legend in the making. So nice to see a mix of the sixties/seventies greats with the best of the last couple decades and the best of this decade. Like Jerry, Billy Strings has an incredible love for music in all forms. Only sad that Santana isn't in this concert, he adds something that no other guitarist can bring.

They didn't catch it until she was a few months from the end, her immediate family was by her side until the last breath.

Billy can sure play guitar. This is my first listen to him playing electric guitar, i had only been exposed to his acoustic playing. He seems to have the real talent and good vibe, the real chance to create some novel music for us, Nobody ever complained about a good set that contained well done covers that I ever come upon. Rad.

I grew up in Colorado. I've been to many concerts at red rocks. Awesome venue
