Hi! I was hoping to find a comment like this--so as far as you know, an M5 bumper cover will fit a standard (ie non-M5) 530i, so long as they're both intended for the e39 base?

F Sohail M5 front bumper should slide right in. You will have to change the front lower splash guards and fog light connectors since they are different on M5 Front Bumpers. And please, don't buy aftermarket M5 bumpers. Most are mass produced in china with very low material quality. Used OEM Parts are better than new Chinese.

Reason to remove the bumper is the fit there are gaps between the bumper and the body. I have not take the bumper off so I am not sure if the brackets are loose or broken or if the bumper's insides are ok. If the brackets the bumper slides into are damage is that an easy fix?

First off, please make sure that M5 bumper is factory, OEM. If you are buying an aftermarket, it will not align properly with your fenders and worst off, you will have issues when painting it. Anyhow, to answer your questions, YES, same removal process. Hopes that helps

How do the headlights come out?Do they need to come off to take that condenser fan out?THAT MONSTER SHROUD and the snorkel look like they hinder the job...condenser fan replacement

Headlights don't have to come out, just your front bumper.

I have a facelift bumper on my BMW 525D E39 and i have to place now the ventilation grill underneath the bumper. If i look so the grille is higher then the space between the bumper. I have a original ventilation grill does it's fits on a facelift bumper or do i need a special one for the facelift bumper ? and btw your video is perfect clearly explained man

Hello, Parts on Bumpers manufactured between 2001-03 (facelift) are not compatible with previous manufactured bumpers. Maybe that is why ventilation grill is not fitting properly on your facelift bumper. Check out our website for E39 facelift parts at www.bimmermerchant.com

So I have the bumper off now I have to remove the reinforcement bar, headlight washer fixture, fog light bracket etc. to use on the new bumper cover but having trouble find a new one with the headlight washer holes. Rubber hose to the headlight washer was so brittle it broke as I tried to remove it. I need help finding a bumper cover that is less than $500 point me in the right direction, I have not been able to find a good fit yet.

Sorry to say that you need another bumper. We've seen many people try putting all sorts of industrial glue with no success.

mine has parking sensors on the front and the hack but on the front lett side the sensor fell in do I gave to take the bumper off to get to it?

removing bumper will make replacing sensor much easier, unless you got skinny hands and can rear in the back of bumper and set sensor in place. www.bimmermerchant.com

Hard to say. Both cars have front bumpers held by two large screws, only question would be how to access the head of that screw to remove. We haven't had the opportunity to work on 95 5-series models so our information is limited, however, we encourage you to start be removing front trim since bolts are usually cover with these trims.
