Chompers attitude really stinks the most out of everyone and he will eventually learn when he is at sea and nobody wants to work for or with him. Imagine being cussed, tossed around in unforgiving seas, risking your life going with this person into waters his boat wasn't designed to handle, then to be told " My bills come first". From the minute I saw his nasty antics by breaking rank and cutting off his fellow fishermen I knew he is not someone I'd like to have as an employer. Word eventually gets around and nobody want to work for someone they have to feel uncomfortable around, then get paid next to nothing. because they owe on a 50 year old house and boat her daddy done paid for twice.... She should be nicknamed crookers.

Any job someone works at they get paid no matter the expense of the boss. Airlines spend millions in food, fuel, landing and storage fees before they could see thousands in returns and their crew are paid. Why should crookers crew have to pay for his selfish and reckless acts. The boat belonged to his wife daddy, she inherited both the house and the boat that her daddy kept in tip top shape for many decades and she wants us to honestly believe that they owe on the house and boat?

Yeah, sorry but the workers should be paid despite costs, chompers will not enjoy a long happy life if he keeps that up. I’ll bet his costs include his full share! The film company should dump him for exploiting workers that bs wouldn’t fly anywhere else. There should be an absolute minimum workers get for the time they work in dangerous conditions, regardless of the price of fish at the time
