Hi! Just putting it out there in case someone, like me, doesn't have an oven, you can do the first choco cake recipe exactly the same including the water 3/4th around them, but instead of the oven for 60min, you can do them in a slow cooker on high for 60min! I also pushed a square of dark chocolate into the center for extra yummy gooeyness :)

🌸 It doesn’t matter if you had a date, they couldn’t come anyway due to virus going around. The nicest bit is at least you get to eat all the chocolates by yourself & nice delicious foods. I’ve had most of my chocolates already, I’m very full & have a slight tummy ache but so worth it 😋. I made a very delicious parmesan chicken & with extra cheese, I will endeavour to eat all of this by end of day, not sure 🤔

My partner and I made every course of your dinner! Our Valentine's tradition is to make fine dining reservations. This year we flipped the script and became the chefs! You can use rye in place of bourbon in the caramel sauce to achieve a sweet/spicy flavor 🔥. I was miffed that only one stalk of celery was used for the caponata (I do not like wasted celery), but realized that the remaining celery could be crudites once we ran out of crostini (which was inevitable as the crostini were, as warned, first to go). We couldn't get over how concentrated the flavor of the raspberry coulis was and used it with leftover mascarpone on pancakes in the morning. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us! Also although this recipe is portioned for "two" this made enough food to feed like five people lol y'all be feeding the camera crew more than you know 🤣

Butternut squash ravioli with browned butter sage sauce is my go to meal. I do the sauce differently tho. I slice the sage and throw it and the minced garlic in the butter while its browning so the sage and garlic are both crispy.

You can't make gelatin with pineapple. The enzymes in the pineapple denature the proteins in the gelatin and prevent it from coagulating. You'd just have green pineapple soup
