Being an Engineer and actor by himself, Madhavan has understood the theme and the crime done to the rocket scientist. True patriotic both of them. Genuine efforts. He loves India more. Instead of being like directors, copying from other languages, it is his self confidence and inspiration he derived from the rovket scientist, he took this subject, a true story happend around us and he achieved it. I am 55 yrs old. My son is 21 yrs old, he has seen the movie twice. He is really moved by the movie and strongly wants me and suggest all his college mates to go and watch in theatre. He was wrong about 48 hours time taken for a signal from Mars to Earth or vice versa. Panjangam being used. etc was also not correct. Astrology ( not only Indian ) was developed at a time when we did not have the current scientific methodologies, we should be proud about the work they did with limited tools they had. But it had its limitations. In Astrology, some of the planets were not visible and hence not used. Sun was considered a planet. Earth was considered as center in most variations. A signal from Voyager I which has crossed all the planets and gone into void space beyond the bubble itself doesn't take that much time. Am talking about at least 200 times more distance. It takes only 16 to 20 hours. A signal from mars usually takes 12 mins to 20+ mins to reach Earth depending on where these planets are located on their orbital path.
