@FiddyMK From my experience, bioenergetics has been one of the most beneficial forms of exercise overall. I usually do them for 1 minute, because that seems to be enough to feel all the positive benefits, from personal experience.

This is absolutely amazing. I have been working my chest and abs for years and years and as a result I have notice it has pulled my shoulders forward and has given me bad posture. Over the last few years I have been engaging in these kind of stretches not knowing what I was doing, but now that I see this, I can feel I am on the right track. Thank you Elliot this is pretty great. I will be doing this from now on

I just found this channel, I've been Subbed to your strengthcamp channel for a while. I've never seen anyone on KZbin talk to or explain things like Elliot does, especially in this fashion of fitness before. I can tell he reads a lot and the type of books he reads are great. a lot of which i've never heard of before. It's the "higher" SELF and spirituality that i like about Elliot. No homo. Because when you see someone like Elliot talk, I can say he gets it. And when or if Elliot hears me talk, he'd say the same thing to me. And we know exactly what we are coming from. Keep up with the videos!

You can access your warrior without going into the military. I've been in the Marine Corps, and now think it would have been better if I had accessed my warrior through other means. If you still decide to do the military route, do it the smart way and pick a Military Specialty that will carry over into the civilian world.

to be the strongest version of yourself, you should be able to think for yourself, discipline yourself, tell yourself how many pullups you should do, and use your own conscience and common sense to decide who your enemy is. But hey, if you want to be a pawn in some elses chess game suit yourself. I suggest tapping into some of that king energy though...

+johnnykrome hey what does this do for people?
@johnnykrome
@johnnykrome 8 жыл бұрын
+Bmore24 t These guys are doing exercises so energy is more free in the body. Most of the time people move and act in conditioned, repetitive ways. The stretching and breathing helps break up the conditioning and the body and emotions respond in a more natural way. There are also expressive exercises like screaming kicking and hitting that break up the patterns, and the body and emotions will start to respond better. Like how much do people want to kick and scream, but they never do it? Also, for some people, it helps them break out of negative patterns that were caused by traumatic events or childhood stuff. Doing the exercises just by yourself is great, but some people who feel like they want guidance go to an actual trained therapist. Watch more of Eliots videos that are about Bioenergetics. Try some of the exercises.

My fondness for the military isn't because of the "hired killer" aspect of it, rather the brotherhood, the loyalty, the comradery that lies within the Military. I envy those men and women of the military that walk down the streets in decorated uniform. The sense of pride and accomplishment that they must feel or what I see in them is what draws me to the Marines/Military.

Hey Elliot I tried your breathing technique and it was insane, I feel much better! Something strange happened though. I stretched my whole body and my left lower leg entirely started tingling all the way through. I don't know what that means lol Thanks though I watch all your videos you post and you have started to be my favorite program and I have been happy to replace other favorite shows and movies with your influence. I am 20 and I am in the process of making a small gym area in a friend of mines spare room so that we can exercise and do yoga. I have not been clear of where to start and have had a hard time just going to the gym on my own because I am afraid to start trying random things that lack results and losing interest. I DON'T want to lose interest because of the importance. You have been helpful to me just because of your constant reminder of our capability as humans. I also value your tools for advising. You have unblocked many roadblocks that I come across when I try to help people that I have been unable to pass simply because I have been unaware the next step or a proper foundation may be it as well. So many times I am asked to give advise and come to invisible hurtles that have been overcome by your simple answers. Speak selflessly. Do not do things for the outcome. Nothing of what I say is right or wrong, it is just a perspective. Thank for lending a had where I could not find one.

Im also very tight in my chest. Ive reacently started doing these kind of stretches. Have problems with one of my collarbones due to heavy lifting (at work) with a forward rotated posture. Doing the "bow" make me shake alot and also makes my back muscles hurt. Just as the guy in the clip my upper stomach is really tight during the stretch. The bioenergetic stretch is a bit easier and not as hurtful on the back. But my arms feel tight and I get a good stretch in both arms. Also since Im astmatic (for 32 years now, since age of one) the bioenergetic stretch really have an impact on my breathing. It really does "open up" the chest and makes it easier to breathe. I also have an asymmetri in the left (the bad) and my right side doing the biceps stretch agains a wall. Some days I cant get my palm to be flat against the wall. Big stretch in the whole of the arm and oddly enough mostly on the underside om the arm (not the biceps). Even so, I can really tell at the end of the day if Ive been stretching or not. It all feels better when I stretch as much as I can. The stretch Ive been doing the most is the more regular chest stretch where I put my hand against a door post and rotade my body. If I dont do these regurlary I get an irritaded nerve in the should that really makes my day go from bad to worse. Its a bit funny becase a few times now me and my girlfriend have been to the physiotherapist getting advice and a day later or so I find Elliot saying the exact same thing! Although the bioenergetics doesnt seem to be so widespread..

Hey Elliott, I'm starting a new school soon and i want to be able to focus on my passions (Soccer, film/photography, fitness and extreme sports to name a few) but i also want to become respected and be a popular person there, at my past schools i have been quite popular all around but this school is a lot bigger and i don't know anyone that goes there so i have to start from scratch, i would rather be a lone ranger and meet a few honeys instead of joining a group of guys, (which i think will distract me from self improvement of my passions) and slowly meeting girls. what should i do? be quiet and mysterious to males and just get in with the girls or be really confident and try and meet a whole variety of people and hope that i don't fall in to a group of people i don't like?

Guys, need some advice. I have been training for 13 months now. When i started, i was 182 cm, 59 kg, now i'm 183 cm and 70 kg. I have gained a lot of muscle, I stretch a lot.. but my compound movement exercises like deadlift (80 kg) and bench press (40 kg) is very low. Any suggestion on how to improve this? I'm very strong at triceps and biceps.. isolation movements, but i lack at compound. And lastly.. i have searched about this on the internet, but if anyone has any experience with this, please reply. As i said, im 183 cm, 70 kg. What should my macroes be likE? Currently at 320g carbs and 152 g protein. Ohh, and btw, im all natural, meaning no protein powder, kreatin, pre workout supps...nothing. Hi Elliot Beforehand, would just like to say love your videos. They are truly inspirational, you are a deep deep dude!! Which brings me to this subject that I was wondering if I could have your opinion on. My partners 8 year old boy can sometimes act a lot younger than his age. He can be very whiny and have huge temper tantrums, embarrassing us like hell. All I ever see him do is play video games or watch tv or play on a laptop. Anything to do with a tv screen in front of him. He has no interest in anything else. His behavior has gotten increasingly worrying to the point where his mum and dad have mentioned taking him to see a professional, maybe he has a slight autism or has ADHD But this is my opinion and theory. He seems to get pretty bad before bedtime, sometimes complaining that his legs ache. Dinner time he always leaves his veg. Could it be that because of his daily routine of being in front of a tv screen constantly and poor diet with no active desire that his body just has a huge lack of energy to the point that he can sometimes be in physical pain? Any thoughts much appreciated
