എനിക്ക് അറിയാവുന്ന കുറച്ചു കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞോട്ടെ... കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 വർഷമായി biogas ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ആളിന്റെ വിലയിരുത്തലാണ്... Govt subsidy ലാണ് ഞാൻ അന്ന് മേടിച്ചത്. 50% discount കിട്ടി... കൂടാതെ മറ്റു കുറെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും.... I will share Some suggestions from my experience 1. മുട്ടത്തോട്, ഉള്ളി തൊലി, orange തൊലി, അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള ഒരു സാധനവും ഇടാൻ പാടില്ല.... ഉള്ളി തൊലി, orange തൊലി, ഇട്ടാൽ കുറച്ചു ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞേ gas ഉണ്ടാകുകയുള്ളൂ... 2. Gas stow, tube lpg യുടെ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. കാരണം, biogasൽ moisture content വളരെ കൂടുതലാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടു lpg tube യൂസ് ചെയ്താൽ അത് പെട്ടെന്ന് ദ്രവിച്ചു പോകും. Lpg stove ഉപയോഗിത്താൽ തീ കത്തും,പക്ഷെ പിന്നെ പെട്ടെന്നു തുരുമ്പ് പിടിചു stove കെടവും. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് biogas stove ന്റെ burner ലെ holes വലുത്. Biogas stove ഉപയോഗിച്ചാലും തുടർച്ചയായി 10-14 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ stove repair ചെയ്യാൻ കൊടുക്കേണ്ടതായി വരും. 3. Lpg gas ചിലവ് കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ഒരു 5-10% വരെ കഴിയുകയുള്ളു. കാരണം biogas ഇൽ നിന്നും ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന തീയുടെ അളവും ചൂടും വളരെ കുറവാണ്. 4 പേരുള്ള 1 വീട്ടിൽ 1 കലം അരി തിളയ്ക്കുന്ന സമയം വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണെന്ന് മാത്രമല്ല അതു കഴിയുമ്പോൾ biogas plant ലെ ഗ്യാസ് തീർന്നിട്ടുണ്ടാക്കും. ഇനി മറ്റു കുറച്ചു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ കുടി പറയാം. 4.ആഴ്ചയിൽ 1 ദിവസം tube ഊരി അതിനുള്ളിൽ കെട്ടി കിടക്കുന്ന വെള്ളം കളയണം. (നേരത്തെ പറഞ്ഞ moisture content ആണ് വെള്ളം ഉണ്ടാകാൻ ഉള്ള കാരണം). അങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ 1-2 മാസം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ plant പൊങ്ങി നിൽക്കുകയും, stove കത്താതെ ഇരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. കൂടാതെ പ്ലാന്റിൽ നിന്നും ഗ്യാസ് പുറത്തു വരാൻ തുടങ്ങുകയും ചെയ്യും(അപകടകാരി അല്ലെങ്കിലും നാറ്റം ഉണ്ടാകും പരിസരങ്ങളിൽ) 5.മറ്റൊരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടു എന്തെന്നാൽ കൊതുകു വളരെയധികം വർധിക്കും. കൊതുകു വല ഒരു പരിധി വരെ സഹായിക്കും ഈ കാര്യത്തിൽ. 6.കുറച്ചു ദിവസം കഴിയുമ്പോൾ വെസ്റ്റ് ഇടുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തൂടെ വെസ്റ്റ് പോകാതെ ആകും. അപ്പോൾ നീളമുള്ള കമ്പുപയോഗിച്ചു കുത്തി തള്ളണം. വലിയ ആയാസം ഇല്ലാത്ത പണി ആണെങ്കിലും, അത്രയും നേരം നാറ്റം സഹിക്കുന്നത് ഇച്ചിരി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. ഇനി നല്ല വശങ്ങൾ പറയാം. 1. Waste disposal - food waste ഉം മറ്റും വലിച്ചെറിഞ്ഞു പരിസരം വിർത്തികേടാക്കില്ല... 2. Slurry - one of the best by product എന്നു പലരും പറയും, but എനിക്ക് അതു മാത്രം ആരുന്നു best product. ചെടികള്ക്കും മറ്റും വളരെ നല്ല വളമാണ്. പക്ഷെ 2 ദിവസത്തിൽ ഒരിക്കലെങ്കിലും slurry remove ചെയ്യാൻ വിട്ടുപോകാരുത്. One last word To the youtuber, with all respect, i did expect something more from the guy who had 15 years of experience in installing biogas plant. He didn't even know what I came to understand from the last 5 years.

രണ്ടാമത്തെ video ഇന്ന് കണ്ടു... അതിൽ രണ്ടാമത് പറഞ്ഞ ആൾ പറഞ്ഞത് വളരെ ശരിയാണ്. പക്ഷെ lpg എക്കൾ ചൂട് കുറവാണ് എന്നാണ് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായം. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് അയാൾ പറഞ്ഞത് പാല് അടുപ്പിൽ വച്ചിട്ട് എന്തേലും എടുത്തിട്ടു വന്നാലും തിളച്ചു പൊന്തിപോകില്ല എന്നു.. cook ചെയ്യാൻ കുറച്ച സമയം spend ചെയ്യാൻ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നല്ലതാണ്. രാവിലെ വീട്ടുജോലി ഒക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞു office പോകുന്നവർക് ഇച്ചിരി ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്... മറുപടിക്ക് നന്ദി.... 😊

Been scouring youtube for biogas plants, and this is the best real life usage comments ive read. Most of the indian biogas firms dont have moisture or sulphur filter which causes issue no: 2 and 4 you have mentioned. I've been reading about Homebiogas manufactured by an Israeli company, which adds filter to remove mositure and sulphur which causes metal degradation in the stove. But its more pricier. Also there are local firms like Emerald Biogas which adds a lever to the plant which prevents the slurry from solidifying.

Thank you for your valuable comments. The only fact based comments to date from so many I have read. Waste management is no problem for me and I manage it extremely well with just a deep compost pit wherein I can also put the huge amount of dried plant leaves from my compound layered with food waste and I get an enriched dry leaf compost every six months. No foul smell, no mosquitoes. But LPG price shoot up made me think whether to install a biogas plant to economise . After reading your comments from your experience, decided not to waste money on this and get back headache. Thanks a ton
