It's even worse when you realize that Amanda, the daughter, is supposed to be 15 in this movie, hence why she's dating a high school boy, since she's also a high schooler and all. While the French guy is very much a full grown adult in his mid 20s-early 30s. What's even worse is he would've had to have watched the news report from the beginning of the movie to know about the lavender thing. That news report also covered Amanda's back story and general information. That means: HE WOULD'VE KNOWN SHE WAS UNDERAGE & IN HIGH SCHOOL BEFORE EVEN MEETING HER!!! 😳😬

Are you talking about the 2d 30 minute one that's got little to no animation? Or the 3d one with the squid guy and a girl that can see the truth with a crystal ball? Both described your description...

i remember when my teacher found a bootleg movie that she thought was the real movie (i think it was ratatouille idk it was a few years ago) and me and my classmates just sat there watching that bootleg for i think 20 minutes before one of my classmates pointed out that it was a bootleg... then the teacher just let us draw and play the board games she had it the classroom it was a fun day

when i have kids i’m going to show them all the bootleg versions of movies, but tell them they’re the originals. that way when other kids are talking about movies like Ratatouille, mine will be talking about Ratatoing but they’ll THINK they know Ratatouille and nobody will be the wiser 😼
