It's hard to get used to people calling mohicans deathhawks. I wonder why the change? 3 decades of stability and then people on the net decided to call it a deathhawk? So weird. I think maybe that it's a way for the new deathrock kids to take from UK batcave goth and adopt it as their own, since some are under the opinion that deathrock is not a subgenre of goth (though it is). Back when Deathrock was 2 words (DEATH ROCK) the style was not popular in the subgenre. Margot Day from The Plague had one, but few, if any other, people in Death Rock bands did also. It's weird that it's been co-opted and renamed. Oh well, it's still a classic good look.

I had a Deathhawk, I told it in the video tho. I know the difference and like i said, i Had these hairparts next to my ear until the hair dresser cut one of by exident. I call the vid ,,Deathhawk Turorial,, because i show you how to put up a [like i said in the vid] Deathhawk or LONG MOWHAWK. Thnx, i know the difference
