My mother and I have been watching and trying your recipes for years now! Can’t wait to share/try this one with her and our loved ones. We absolutely LOVE boils! We’re from the Southeast Texas area. Needless to say being minutes away from Louisiana, our families are addicted to creole crawfish/seafood boils down here. Looks amazing! I wanted to do something similar over the holidays. Got priced completely out of the market when I went to purchase the seafood. Thankfully shrimp was still affordable. Crab and lobster would have been waaaay better. Sometimes you just gotta go with the flow and make it comfortable for your home.
