Of course you can but remember to adjust the dough consistency with oil. Also, almond and cashews nuts does not have distinctive taste aka heavy strong unlike peanuts so be mindful or it.

That is also the reason that i put in my description that once you master this, you can play around between flour and almond.

Hi, may i know wheat flour is it cake flour? Instead of using almond, can i use walnut as i have lots of walnut in hand..thank u

Cake flour is self rising flour. Wheat flour on the other hand is all purpose flour. So make sure use wheat or all purpose flour only. Yessss you can use walnut!!!!

Hi, may i know need to on fan ? Is it different type of cookie will be using fan n not fan ? I alway dont know when to on the oven fan..do u mind to guide me..thank u

Let me guide you ! We use fan if we bake more than 1 tray, like multi level so that the heat can be distributed evenly. But we must understand that fan also make our baking dry and not moist! So if you want to roast peanuts or almonds or you need to bake in large quantities, use fan! But if you are baking one cake or you are baking one tray of cookies, dont use fan because I discovered that if you use fan for cakes and cookies, the end results is too dry ! I hope this helps !!!!
