Hey Chris. Another great video. Noticed I have the same van vault slider but started to get messy so I ordered the metal dividers from the UK (as not available here in Ireland) Makes such a difference. Great quality and just drop in the cutouts. Well worth around £40 I think they were for 4 👍

Small advice, slap a rag or gloves on the vice jaws and they won't leave those nasty knurl marks on the plastic / you can tighten them more

Looks to me like a vise with flat jaws, not knurled. Shouldn’t chowder up the plate.

@@JasperJanssen haha, you would think! The fucker gets a single dimple in it and it will press that dimple into everything. Also don't forget that no surface is smooth and most dirt is really hard material

What are the screws you use that don't need wall plugs? Are they spax? Also, did you pre knockout the holes before fitting the sockets to the wall? Nice neat finish!

It isn't linked to the sockets, it goes right back to the main Earthing Bar in the Breaker Panel. That Earth is dedicated to that 1 machine.

It's a weird thing and one I don't like about Click Scolmore is how the whites always look grey to me. They're slightly off colour, and it comes through in your stills. The stills work really well in the video, a good job. Great vid.

Chris, have you tried using the "D-Line Safe-D F-Clip 20 X 56mm". These are alot easier to bend and form, and you save space on storage. Toolstation sell these....

Get the bigger vice for the van and smaller handheld one for use indoors that can adjust in multiple axes. Get good brands will last a lifetime. No pat testing for the device itself?

Speed and the installations are always temporary so they can be removed easily with little damage.

I did a similar job some time ago, I used MK sw/sockets with red front plates and keyed earth pins, also available with red rockers and white plates. (K1246D1WHI, K1246D1RED)

Never use files for anything other than filing, they're very brittle. (Ask me how I know)

I thought the electrical sockets might be the type in hospitals the have the pins horizontal instead of vertical. You don't need the cleaner coming in to vacuum and unplugging your old grandad's iron lung! 😳

Little tip. Don’t bother buying those d line clips make your own from a roll of galvanised banding. Cut a strip off screw in and bend over like you would the d line clips. Save a small fortune 👍
