I remember being a kid and finding your videos on a random website a long time ago. Years went by and I couldn't remember the name of the series and had no idea how to find it, but I clearly remembered the hours I spent watching your videos and being completely immersed in the world of Brackenwood. Finally finding this today, 20 years later, made me really happy and nostalgic. It's something incredible being able to stay on people's minds for so long. I discovered these videos in 2005, and to this day I will come back to watch them every couple of years. I think I'd either watch them on New Grounds or the official site. Before I'd seen a Miyazaki movie, it was these videos (namely the Waterlollies one I believe) that stayed with me most permanently because it was the best animated water I'd ever seen. Even now, 17 years later, I think of the water in this series ANY TIME I see water in digital art or in animation. Legitimately every time.

That subtle slow zoom on the witches face at 2:02 is hilarious. Even with only a nose and a hat, you can give the witch the apparent reaction of #1 noticing something in the first shot of her, to #2 suspecting somethings not quite right.

I remembered this fondly, but I didn't remember that Bitey is such a mischievous butthole 😆 That first scene where he starts bouncing Jiblet on his head, was such a plot twist, when we all thought he was gonna eat the little guy. Classic Newgrounds

This was ahead of its time for Newgrounds, because you didn’t really see serious sincere attempts at short stories. Most flash animations were trying to be funny. I remember watching this as a kid and feeling confused, like I was missing something. I didn’t understand that the appeal was just that it’s creative and well animated.
