Tips for Kevin! 1) If you assault someone there is a chance you can accidentally kill them, but there is also a chance you can die every time you get assaulted. 2) Drive-by, in my experience, is the most effective method to kill and get away with it, but it requires a car. 3) If you are going to continue this game, you can pay for the "Bitizen" thing, it's pretty cheap and gets rid of all the ads, and if you play a lot it is worth it!
