This was so interesting. I love how he said not to discount those that are learning because you might be able to learn something from them or teach them. And interesting about what he said about them being the most dangerous because they are at the pinnacle of their training!

I totally agree with being able to convey things to students or other people. Having things on your resume is nice but you should be able to teach someone else too. I understand that everyone fumbles over words but communication is honestly key to anything

Reminds me of when I used to do martial arts many years ago. I was so proud to get my brown belt and being able to instruct those below me.

Bryant looks like someone who does BJJ lol. These videos are super helpful in learning the differences in the different belt levels. Most of my familiarity comes from either white belt or black belt so it's cool seeing the different expectations associated with each color!

There's such a difference between being a student and a teacher. Two different worlds. It's the old saying that just because they were good at a sport doesn't necessarily mean they can teach that sport.
