Although hunting accidents occur in the U.S., they are not as frequent due to a culture of caution about placing your shots and severe penalties for causing injury or damage.

As a hunter myself, I hope you realize that any hunter who shoots at something he hasn't positively identified as a target (and what's beyond it), is not acceptable to anyone.
@monkoko6441

He knows that. A guy shoot right behind him when he was walking into the woods once. I think anyone who has nearly gotten shot would be a bit sceptical

It seems Bull doesn't like hunters / Hunters are like any other group good and bad / If one was really situation aware of "nature" then you would know when the hunting season is and not go in the woods if hunters frighten you / Every year this is an issue with Bull / Hey Bull get some counciling , face your fear of hunters !

@@dantone1952 he doesnt like the hunters who is drunk while handling firearms and litter around and shoot close to people to scare them. does that sound so unreasonble to you? He has never generelized all hunters as this so I dont realy get your point

There are many around me in Normandy. I met one going past my house on the lane last week. He had a shotgun over his shoulder and could hardly walk he was so drunk. This is quite normal round here. No wonder the Deer population isn`t going down. And, no hunters come to the local shooting club to practise their shooting. I` not surprised that poor lady was shot by her boyfriend in Brittany last week.

@@HarryFenton6124 je vis au québec et mon colocataire viens de grenoble. On parlait des chasseurs récemment et il me disait qu'il y avais beaucoup de problème par rapport à ça en France contrairement au Canada. Nice adventure even if plans went awry. Anytime out in the wild is better than none. Hopefully the hunters there are astute at identifying a Moose as opposed to a human. With millions of hunters taking to the wild to harvest game every year in the US, very rarely does even one person get shot, amazing odds don't you think.. Great video, thanks Bjorn.

You know Bjorn, the one thing that binds us to real live is the perception of "time" . Time in real live.. I feel hungry I need to eat.. Or waiting for a clock to tell us we are allowed to eat. That concept of time, your "planned agenda", feeds your "emotions". I can remember not beeing to be able to sleep. Because I had to wake at 4am to travel with my father to fishinggrounds. Always had the feeling I got left behind. Strange yes..

norway should probably go the route of only allowing hunting in certain areas and private property. i understand it's not an ideal solution since the country is smaller and more densely populated in the habitable areas, but in Canada we have this sort of system. it has its problems and not everyone can be happy, but i haven't nearly shot anybody while out shooting or hunting and have never been shot at while camping in parks.
