His youtube channel is literally gold. People would pay hundreds of dollars to go to a seminar like this and he teaches it online for free. Keep up the good work. Where I'm from, we have great wrestling and jiu jitsu. I look up to you, lawrence kenshin, and sylvie to learn more about striking. You make the most informative video. It's easy to understand and there was many basic things that I didn't know. Thanks. EDIT: btw the audio in this video is messed up a bit. I can still hear fine, but just a heads up.

Watching many videos on other channels by now, and this one channel : straight on point, usefull, and technical. Very good work. I'm 40 years old now and still amazed that those priceless advices are... free. Thank you. Greetings from Paris.

Not sure if I'll get a response but I just binge watched your KZbin training your Q&A your fighting tips and building hurting bombs!!! I totally enjoyed it!!! I appreciate that you are putting your knowledge out there and love of for the sport!! I also watched the Joe Rogan podcast on KZbin live when you were on. You talked about stepping away from the sport due to a concussion, any follow up on if you will return to the competitive side of the sport. Plus I know you have covered the shin conditioning a couple times already, not to shin kick a dead horse😂😂 but after the Anderson Silvia and Tyron Spong shin break. Could you give a clearer and more informative answer on how not to break your shins. I know you love the low shin kicks plus you have that quick non pivot low kick. I would really like if you would talk about those breaks and the best angle to keep it from happening. Thank you!!!

you ve to step a bit out with your turning foot while making the kicks, also you ve to turn on the ball of the feet by liften the heel then you can bring your hip more in and the kick is harder. Otherwise risk on menisci problems. You ve to work on your technique
