I forgot to ask Mary do you use tylo in the fondant as you handle it easily for panelling also I have never used an airbrush machine so I'm really tempted to get one but I noticed that when you stenciled and you sprayed you then obviously handled that in order to panel the cake. So does it dry completely that you're able to handle it and then smooth it? So if you had an air bubble how would you smooth that out without ruining the gold airbrush design? 😮

Tried this using chocolate gnache bit it wouldn't be firm.Kept it inbthe fridge for a whole day, but it was still liquid, so I would rather use gumpaste or.royal is involved .Pls who else has experienced this

I would suggest using a butter ganache instead. Since butter replaces the cream, it firms up sooo much faster;)
