Glad you found the sheels lvs 32 9 inch for 1700. It was on sale for 1900 last week and I scooped one up. Now I get to bring in the receipt and they will reimburse me the 200.

Personally, the package 2B is the best, quickest, and easiest option. Upgrades can be done later.

Thanks for doing all the leg work on these sale prices. I ordered the hd innovations shuttle and for this year I am using my Garmin UHD2 9sv off my boat. What size amped battery would you recommend and what length HD carbon pole . I’m usually only fishing 8 to 10 hours at a time and ice thickness can vary anywhere from 15 inches to 30. I’m in central New York so the past few years we haven’t had a lot of ice. TIA

I'd go with the middle sized ice pole (I think it is 24-60?), you'll like the extra height, plus nice if you get near a heave where the ice is thicker or through the floor of a permanent shack or want the handle up higher. As for the battery I would go 30AH LIFEPO4 Good luck this year!!

Got the $2099 Bass Pro deal on Black Friday. Looked online just now and ordered another one but used the Monday 10% off bass pro club offer bringing that deal down to $1889. Also used active junkie for an additional 10% back. Don’t know about the last cash back but really happy with the $1889

Gpsmap 943xsv with lvs34 is another option which has better amplification and weight for ice fishing

No they can't, only the GPSMAP units can do wireless screen sharing

Another thing to take into consideration is the LVS32 has been discontinued by Garmin. When I heard that I spent the extra money and went with the LVS34. Also the LVS34 needs an 8” hole to fit down.

I hear ya, go with package 2 or 2b, best deals out there right now to get into it and you can upgrade piece by piece as you go if you want, but won't need to for a while

Scheels has the Norsk 32 amp 14.4 battery plus a charger for 179.99 which is slightly less than the amped battery.

Its sad that the manufacturers have suckered nearly everyone into thinking these prices are somehow ok. Hundreds of dollars for a couple inches of screen that cost them like $10 more in BOM cost?! Like WTF!? A thousand dollars or more for a transducer that probably cost them less than $100?! This is worse than Apple charging you $200 for 8GB of RAM. They see a fisherman and the word "sucker" just pops in their head. They prey on FOMO. It's disgusting! I have a UHD73sv that came with my boat, and I'd like to have Livescope, and I'd pay maybe $300 for a transducer (which seems fair), but $1000? $1600? Ah, he11 nah!

Well that was pointless got to cabelas at 5 to pick up the 106sv bundle sold out that fast they only had like 5 and two of them were held online.when I searched 30 times yesterday for it online and they didn't have it on there website yet but they had a a ton of the slightly more expensive one 126sv trying to upsell me. Idk I guess I don't want it that bad to freeze my ass off in single digits windy as hell at 3 am to spend 2,000$ and go to work at 7 just bs they have in stock all summer can't even have a good stockpile for winter. Just catch it next year when they come out with lvs36.
