@@WakaTakitimu I guess the explanation likely is as simple as the music being regarded as old and outmoded, but the difference in quality just seems so stark since music today is so processed and factory-produced with a dozen writers contributing Frankenstein parts to every pop song, most vocals being so processed to hit notes 'perfectly' that they are robbed of their life force, and most music being computer generated or processed to the point it, too, doesn't carry any organic life force. I just saw Regina Spektor in concert-just one remarkable composer, lyricist and singer alone on stage with her piano-and she was completely captivating with a huge amount of talent on display and some very humanizing and endearing mistakes.
